Inauguration Ceremony and Academic Lecture of the Global Center for Health and Sexually Transmitted Diseases

On October 22th, the inauguration ceremony and academic lecture of the Global Center for Health and Sexually Transmitted Diseases was held at Southern Medical University. According to reports, this is the world's first research center for health and sexually transmitted diseases. Mr.Li Mengfeng is the president of Southern Medical University and Myron Cohen is the Vice President of ident University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They served as honorary directors. Many well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad served as members of advisory committees and expert committees. Through cross-border, interdisciplinary and inter-departmental cooperation, they carried out research on global health issues, focused on integrated prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. They strived to create an internationally influential global health and sexually transmitted disease research and talent training platform, promoted the transformation and application of research results. This event contributed to regional and global integrated prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.

Mr.Chen was invited to attend the ceremony as a host. He is from Assuna Translation Agency. He graduated from Guangdong University of Finance and Economic. He holds a three-level interpreter translation professional qualification certificate and has extensive experience in interpretation and hosting. He has participated in the Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival “Golden Cotton Film Festival”, Yingxing Education Shakespeare English Town Opening Ceremony, the musical "Jersey Boy" and other activities. Mr.Chen gains a solid foundation in interpretation field and earns permission from clients.
